This is the best way to meet!
Based on a conversation I had today with one of my chiefs, I realized that we need a better, more efficient way to communicate. So here it is. I want everyone to air their plans for our paper, particularly the next issue, discuss what is working and what isn't, and how we can become more efficient.

Hey guys.... Mrs. Potter wrote to us with the following:
I hope all is well with you! Ben has told me that you are applying for a grant for a broadcasters program, which is awesome. I thought of you this morning during a meeting we had in regards to a Toy Drive that we sponsor every year. Just a thought...what if the journalism class of Lincoln High School got involved, collected toys from students and got involved with the actual production process of the toy drive in general. Would this community service help in regards to the grant? Would the kids be interested in getting involved with this. It would have to be an approved agenda by the school of course and it would be a great opportunity for all of us to work together. Please let me know your thoughts.

Listen: we need to get this paper done and out. We need everyone to focus this week on editing and perfecting the writing BEFORE it goes in. We need to complete the FINAL WORD. I've got all of the spirit week info: anyone want to write an informational piece about what to expect this year?
